A major inspiration for this film was Jennette McCurdy's book "I'm Glad My Mom Died." McCurdy being a former child star and being so traumatised by the horrors they face had a really great insight to how child stars may feel, which for myself was incredibly helpful in creating the character of Dexter.
This was my final major project for my UAL Level 3 Diploma In Creative Media Production & Technology at Bradford College, I received a Distinction.
